These terms govern your use of the website at coppingrovedigital.com.au (the Site), operated by Coppin Grove Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 47 693 481 579) (Coppin Grove Digital, we, our, or us). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

The Site is a marketing website. Information on the Site is general in nature, is not an offer to provide services, and does not create a contractual relationship between you and us. Specific engagements are governed by separately signed Statements of Work and our Standard Software Services Terms.

3.1 The content of the Site — including text, design, layout, code, graphics, the cgd. wordmark, the citrine accent system, and the structural blueprint figures — is owned by Coppin Grove Digital or used under licence. All rights are reserved.
3.2 You may view, print, and share links to the Site for personal or internal business reference. You may not republish, mirror, scrape, copy substantial portions of, or use Site content for training machine-learning models or AI systems, without our prior written consent.
3.3 Coppin Grove Digital, the cgd. wordmark, and related marks are trade marks (registered or unregistered) of Coppin Grove Digital Pty Ltd or its parent group.
4. Acceptable conduct
You must not:
- Scrape, harvest, or collect content from the Site by automated means.
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or technical protections.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or other users' use of it.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Conduct penetration testing or security probing of the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to external websites operated by third parties, including our parent group and other resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party website.
